We live in an extraordinary age where technology is beginning to exhibit human-like capabilities.  Glenn's background in both technology and psychology position him uniquely to harness its practical potential while being sensitive to the human element and the bigger picture.

Prior to his work with FiveTwo, Glenn founded Podium365, an online provider of tailored psychometric solutions.   Previous to that, he evaluated machine learning outcomes in the context of AI-driven search with Microsoft Bing in London for over five years.  In an academic context, Glenn has lectured in e-business, quantitative research methods, and behavioural psychology.  His doctoral research addresed ways to improve performance measurement.

Glenn gets a kick out of creating solutions that are customised to an organisation's needs.  He thrives on unearthing meaningful insights hidden within an organisation's data.  And he loves AI.  But he knows how important security and privacy are.  For these reasons combined, Glenn prefers to deliver solutions using the power and security of Microsoft's cloud infrastructure.
